Benchtop Heat Sealers

The BTHS290 heat sealing machines are a low cost method of sealing film or board lidding to trays. The flexibility of the machines allows them to accommodate sealing to a wide range of container sizes and materials, including ovenable board, aluminium smoothwall.

The specially designed closing mechanism enables consistent high pressure to be applied to the sealing face with only a small actuating force. A very high degree of leak sealing can be achieved when using the appropriate containers.

Fabricated from stainless steel and aluminium, these heat sealing machines are built to last and a non-stick heating plate makes cleaning very easy.
